Interpersonal Skills:
I am a naturally open-minded, outgoing, and sociable person. I actively pursue opportunities to work in inter‑cultural environments, which I find both challenging and enriching.  My exposure to both European and Asian cultures sharpened my ability to listen, identify miscommunications, and defuse conflicts within my team, channeling its energy towards a common goal.  I promote a culture of integrity, transparency, and collaboration by practicing leadership by example.  I empower my team members to thrive by providing constructive feedback, guidance, and training .

Organizational Skills:
I am a methodical, clear-thinking manager, endowed with formal studies in business administration and entrepreneurship.  At Avanti, where I successfully set up the Flight Dynamics operations, I gained experience at developing in-house a brand new technological function. Thanks to my effort, Avanti has now flawlessly operated its satellite fleet for more than a year, and is preparing its expansion.
