Responsibilities: Research & Development in various radar stations and rocket motor test stands.

Achievements: Improved the performance and upgrade of more than 20 systems of different types of radar stations & solid propellant rocket motor test stands.


III-July 1983 - October 1984:


Position: Chief of Computer and Communication Dept. of Technical Research institute.

Responsibilities: Planning and site survey of LAN computer & Communications network.

Achievements: Performance evaluation of multiple routing messages switching computer networks.


IV- November 1984 - February 1986:


Position: Chief of Communication System Group of Egyptian Space program in U S A.

Responsibilities:     1- Attended postgraduate courses in Space Communication at Ohio State University (OSU), Dept. of Electrical Engineering.        

                               2- Attended practical training program at Goddard Space Flight Center (NASA).

Achievements:      1- completed the following courses at OSU:

                                  - Radiation from antenna.

                                  - Communication theory

                                  - Adaptive arrays.

                                  - Group studies in electrical engineering.

                                  - Advanced antenna theory.

                                2- Selected by the National Aeronautical & Space Administration  (NASA), Goddard Space Flight Center, at Greenbelt Maryland, to engage in a training period of

                                  Program in the Mission Operation Division.

Position: Ph.D. Research Fellow, Faculty of Engineering Cairo University, Egypt.

Responsibilities:  Preparing the thesis for the Ph.D. Degree.

 Achievements: Awarded Degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Electrical Engineering.



VII November 1991 - June 1997


Position: Manager of the Measurement, Tracking, and telemetry System Group of Armed Forces.

Responsibilities: 1- Research and development of different printed circuit boards for measurement, command, and control subsystems.

                               2- Feasibility study of telemetry projects.
