Responsible for verifying one hundred and fifty flight requirements for electrical motor controller pump tests, designed serial communication interfacing test box hardware per item specifications and requirements, managed supplier fabrication of test harnesses and circuit board hardware, created Labview test software requirements for flight product integration, supported program schedule, and provided on demand test support. · Supported the Sabatier controller electrical flight hardware for the Space Station program. Responsible for each of the controller’s twelve circuit board test documentation and verified one hundred and twenty controller flight requirements, designed its test hardware, managed in-house fabrication of harnesses and interfaced hardware, supported program schedules, and provided on demand test support. · Lead Test Engineer for the (EMU) Extravehicular Mobility Unit (a.k.a. Spacesuit). Responsible for and supported all electrical EMU documentation and test items, redesigns and refurbishments, and customer returned material. · Other NASA programs supported: (METOX) Metal Oxide regenerator, Space Shuttle/Station commode, (WPOGA) Water Processor and Oxygen Generator Assembly, and Solar Probe, in addition Navy (ILPE) Integrated Low Pressure Electrolyzer (Government Clearance).
