Provides expert level mission planning support and products during critical operations, including forecasting and scheduling of communication satellites and ground station resources.

Leads 12 person mission planning team by establishing a quality culture while continuously improving work products and services.

As one of two pre mission operations manager, became subject matter experts for the end to end operations and data flow of the spacecraft system and the various hardware and software simulators.

Developed and validated recommended operations procedures during the operations concept definition phase, and provided assistance during the construction of various concept operations documents.

Volunteered and relocated Northern VA to help start up and transition new program, develop training materials, and prepare flight operations team during mission development and readiness phases.

Provided exceptional leadership, organizational and readiness skills during critical mission development and launch phases resulting in the successful launch of 3 SMEX satellites within a 12 month period.

Promoted to Training Coordinator for the multi mission Flight Control Systems

Volunteered program management and mentoring support to the Bowie State University Satellite Command & Control Center; a NASA / Honeywell / Bowie State education outreach partnership, and winner of the 2000 and 2001 Honeywell Aerospace Quest for Excellence awards.

Operations subject matter expert and primary trainer for the Voyager spacecraft power subsystem.

Validated Voyager spacecraft command sequences of events for power margin and flight rule constraints including critical planetary encounter and closest approach phases.

Monitored telemetry parameters, performed trend analysis, developed daily and monthly spacecraft power briefing reports for engineers and management.
