Nov 2012 - Aug 2013        Master thesis at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL), Caltech, CA, USA
 
 - Multi-revolution, low-thrust trajectory design using Lyapunov feedback control
 - At the Outer Planet Mission Analysis Group in the Mission Design & Navigation section, I wrote software in C++ and Matlab to design multi-revolution, low-thrust trajectories of spacecraft using solar electric propulsion. Lyapunov feedback control is used to determine the thrust direction and magnitude. The software is used to find optimal trajectories regarding flight time, maximum payload mass and radiation for various orbital transfers. A copy of this thesis is available upon request.
 - Scholarship from the Justus & Louise van Effen grant from TU Delft, a contribution from Dutch Space, an EADS Astrium company, and a grant from McKinsey & Company.
