Director and Commander.  Led organizational merger of two directorates. New organization doubled in employees and operating budget with >700 employees in California, New Mexico and Texas with $400M in annual budget. Led the Defense Department's first rocket launch with SpaceX.

Director and Commander.  Led 400+ employees with a $1.1B 5-year budget at three operating locations. Directed $280M lunar launch for NASA mission–most complex flight since the Apollo missions. Proved military utility of small rockets and saved $70M in budget. Delivered rocket for world-record breaking 29 satellites on one launch vehicle.

Led 100-member team on SBIRS GEO-2 satellite launch; flawless factory processing with perfect on-time launch. .  Led team of instructors to train crew members for remote location’s 24/7 missile warning operations. Aggressively tackled slack in training pipeline. Personally developed training program that reduced initial training from 30 days to 15 days; that 50% reduction saved an entire man-year of operations each year; a year-on-year savings of over $100K.
