    INTERESTS

    In my free-time I enjoy keeping active. Recently I completed the London to Brighton bike ride which has re-sparked my love for biking and has motivated me to get involved in other challenging sporting activities. Meditation is a routine activity which I have followed for over two years. It is a series of breathing techniques which I have found largely helps me to remain focused and calm while conducting my day-to-day activities.
