    The objective of this Summer School is to provide a comprehensive overview on satellite navigation, starting from the GNSS system, its signals, the processing of the observations in a receiver and finally determining the position-navigation-time (PNT) solution.

    Lab work will be carried on with different examples of GNSS signals, in addition, they were thought lectures on Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and Patents as well as on business aspects.

    December 2015                  ESA Moon Challenge (2nd Prize)

    The ESA Moon Challenge was an International Student Contest that focuses on human-robotic partnership for lunar exploration. The European Space Agency invited university students from across the world to participate in the challenge as part of the Symposium Moon 2020-2030: A new Era of Human and Robotic Exploration.

    ESA Moon Challenge teams was an opportunity to build a collaboration team with students from three different continents with the aim to design a mission scenario and operational concept for ESA's HERACLES study, Human-Enhanced Robotic Architecture and Capabilities for Lunar Exploration and Science. The architecture framework defines a series of end-to-end missions to the lunar surface, and serves both as inspiration and as a set of primary constraints for the teams.
