    Thanks to my previous experiences, but especially during the exchange program in China I have learnt how to deal with different cultures and persons, facing the problems that this kind of international environment can produce. I have also learnt how to play in team as a key member but also how to lead it, quickly adapting to varying conditions and finding solutions to the arising problems anyway without losing sight of the importance of the interpersonal relationships. Finally, thanks mostly to my experience as a rescuer, I have understood the importance of taking immediate and easily achievable decisions, especially in critical conditions.
