    Consultancy support in the field of system engineering to contribute to the definition and operation preparation of EPS second generation (EPS-SG).

    Member of the EPS-SG Ops Prep Integrated Team (OPIT) at EUMETSAT involved in supporting the development of the EPS-SG system. The support includes general Operation Preparation aspects and focuses on Simulator procurement support and Simulator officer.

    Report to the EPS-SG Operation Preparation Manager in the LEO Division.

    Operation Preparation definition and coordination focusing System Operation aspects.

    Support SSST Simulator procurement and development team by providing Operation expertise over the project life cycle and during reviews.

    Support FOM developments with SSST and industry via SSST. Contribute to Joint Operation Plan and Operation Interface Control Documents.

    Support definition of anomaly processing workflow with SSST and follow it.

    Define and put into place EUMETSAT MetOp-SG simulator and simulations campaigns Anomaly Reporting and NCR processing.

    Support SSST for Simulator factory acceptance testing and integration to MCS.

    Manage SIM scenarios and support Ops Prep Simulations and SSVT validation.

    Define the nominal and contingency satellite simulator scenarios to ensure proper training of the teams involved in EUMETSAT simulation campaigns and SIOV/routine operations rehearsals.

    Provide support to Spacecraft Ops Engineers in anomaly investigation phases and recovery procedures testing (Simulation versus Satellite expertise).

    Ensure team training on Simulator usage.

    Plan, schedule, prepare and conduct the Rehearsal Sessions including involvement of external support team.

    Coordinate with Training Officer to assess Operational readiness of operation teams.

    Ensure proper training of Simulator deputy within routine operation team.

    Focal point in the OPIT Team for coordination and interactions with SSST and external partners.

    Maintain Simulator operation guide and associated technical documentations.

    Participate in the EPS Simulations Campaigns and Rehearsals.

    Preparation of the EPS-SG Simulations and Rehearsals Campaigns Plans.

    Support the Jason-CS/Sentinel-6 (JCS-S6) Ops Prep Integrated Team for the JCS-S6 Reference Operations Plan (ROP), Mission Operations Concept Document (MOCD), Central Software (CSW), Simulator (SIM) procurement and Software Requirements Specifications (SRS) with the European Space Agency (ESA) at the European Space Operations Centre (ESOC).

    - if your business is located in France, you will be charged a 20% VAT
    - if your business is located in the EU and you don't have a valid VAT registration number, you will be charged a 20% VAT
