Missions
Your missions and responsibilities will be as follows:
- With the conception team, pilot the test roadmap to integrate all the different technological milestone together for the development of the engine
- Manage the calendar of the test campaign
- Manage the test objectives regarding the architecture
- Manage et master rick linked to the tests
- Pilot the test logic that validates the development and qualification process of system and subsystem
- Lead a team of test engineer and define the needs in resources to tackle to workload
- Communicate results and write technical reports
- Oversee the global cost, global time and quality of the activity in your perimeter
Profile
We are looking for collaborators who invest and adapt themselves quickly:
- Engineer degree or master’s degree in aerospace or aeronautical school/university.
- You have 5 to 10 years of experience as engine test leader.
- You have a very good understanding of phenomenon occurring in the different parts of the engine (pump, turbine, combustion chamber…) as well as the test bench part.
- Ability to manage a team of engineers in a multicultural environment.
- Leadership skills.
- Fluency in English mandatory (reading, writing, speaking).
