We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced and communicative Electronic Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an Electronic Engineer at Liftero, you will play a critical role in the design, development, and testing of electronic systems for our space tug system. This is a unique opportunity to work on groundbreaking technology that will shape the future of space transportation.
Key responsibilities
- Electronics subsystems requirements definition;
- Design and develop electronic systems and components for the Motus space tug system;
- Engage in the creation of systems engineering deliverables, including spacecraft architecture, trade investigations, requirement formulation, and verification and validation strategies;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of electronic systems into the space tug;
- Accelerated Prototyping for Testing;
- Analysis of Electrical and Radiation Components;
- Design for electronics mission lifetime and architecture;
- Testing with Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL);
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of electronic systems, ensuring they meet requirements;
- Troubleshoot and resolve any electronic system issues that may arise during testing;
- Participate in the development of hardware and software interfaces for the space tug system.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field;
- 3+ years of professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of analog and digital electronics, embedded systems;
- Proficiency in EDA software (Altium Designer) and simulation software;
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills;
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams;
- Knowledge of SCRUM methodology;
- Knowledge of version control systems (GIT);
- Familiarity with space industry standards and regulations is a plus.
