What You’ll Do:
- Oversee the execution of Eutelsat Group’s contractual obligations for the setup and delivery of Connectivity services, ensuring compliance with agreed scopes and timelines;
- Ensure customer satisfaction and deliverable quality by defining clear execution plans, facilitating smooth communication, and anticipating potential issues;
- Coordinate all internal stakeholders to align with business objectives;
- Clearly communicate objectives, plans, issues, and risks to key stakeholders;
- Develop and promote best practices for business support processes and governance;
- Manage business request priorities, facilitating arbitration and escalation of challenging business priorities between projects;
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
What it Takes:
- Master’s degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field, or a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field with significant experience in telecom;
- From 5 to 10 years of experience in program/project management and/or customer facing experience in telecom or related industries;
- Strong project management skills, with certifications such as PMI PMP or Prince2 being advantageous;
- Demonstrated leadership, with the ability to anticipate needs and prioritize effectively. You proactively drive progress toward achieving objectives;
- A commercial mindset with a customer-first, can-do attitude;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of bridging gaps between C-level executives and subject matter experts while building trust with customers and partners;
- Strong decision-making skills, effectively prioritizing multiple issues and requests while clearly communicating plans to stakeholders;
- Exceptional team spirit, with a focus on mentoring, training, and using a coaching approach to bring out the best in others;
- Ability to implement new processes or procedures and promote best practices;
- Proficiency in written and spoken English. Any other language would be a plus.
