Are you ready to take the lead in driving business growth and securing new opportunities? As a key player in our Electronic Solutions unit, you'll be at the forefront of innovation and strategic development. Your role will include:
- Strategic Leadership: Leader of the Customer Relation & Product Strategy organization, guiding a dynamic global and cross-functional team of product managers and sales professionals. Inspire and mentor your team, fostering a culture of collaboration, strategic thinking and innovation;
- Financial Management: Oversee budgets for cost centers, sales, and IR&D, ensuring financial health and strategic investments;
- Market Insight & Strategy: Develop and execute forward-thinking strategies for growth and profitability, leveraging deep market insights and understanding customer needs;
- Innovative Offerings: Craft and manage compelling offering strategies, including pricing and go-to-market plans that set us apart inviting new opportunities;
- Process Improvement: Enhance the Proposal to Order (P2O) process, driving efficiency and quality in every step;
- Product Roadmap Leadership: Lead the development of product roadmaps for New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve;
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, customers, and partners;
- Innovation & Opportunity: Drive innovation by identifying new market opportunities and emerging technologies.

Your story
- MBA or related Masters degree in a relevant field (or equivalent) and solid experience in marketing, sales or project/product management in a global organization;
- A good understanding of profit & loss and project economics;
- Proven track record of successfully developing and launching NPI’s;
- Strong leadership skills: ability to motivate others and guide cross-functional, multi-national teams across our different sites;
- Having a strategic step-by-step approach to securing contracts and growing customer relationships;
- Entrepreneurial thinker, solution driven, eager to make a difference;
- Ready to travel at least 25%;
- Excellent communication skills in English, additional language skills in German and/or Swedish are a benefit.
