As the Business Development Superstar, your days will consist of researching, contacting, and following up with businesses both small and large to develop relationships and expand Dcubed’s customers’ network, truly pivoting a key role in shaping the trajectory of the company's future and facilitate the market expansion.
You will be the face of Dcubed at conferences, events, and customer sites. You will learn the ins and outs of our patented space tech which enables our customers to get to space faster, better and cheaper. Here is what you bring to the table
- Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in an engineering field;
- 2+ years of technical engineering and business experience;
- A large network of space contacts, preferably from NewSpace technology/hardware companies;
- A proven track record in building longstanding customer relationships;
- CRM experience (preferably with Hubspot);
- Solid organization and multi-tasking skills, exceptional communication abilities, and interpersonal skills;
- You have a strong urgency to complete tasks and have a measurable impact on the business;
- You show a strong bias for action combined with a natural inclination to take the initiative and own the result;
- A relentless drive to succeed and improve on the status quo;
- Ability to prioritize and manage workload;
- Pay close attention to detail; strive for excellence when it matters;
- Willingness to travel for business trips/conferences/events;
- Fluent in English is a requirement for our diverse team environment, German is a bonus.
In this role, your direct reporting line will be to the Sales and Business Development Manager.
