Your Responsibilities
- Lead the design of satellite projects utilizing information about satellite subsystems and customer payloads, ensuring compliance with industry standards and mission objectives.
- Conduct system-level analyses, including performance, reliability, and risk assessments.
- Manage and mentor a dynamic team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and manage system requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals and customer needs.
- Act as a subject matter expert in satellite systems engineering, driving the team towards excellence.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, verifying system functionality and performance through rigorous testing protocols.
- Analyze and validate test results, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Create and maintain detailed system documentation, including design specifications, test reports, and technical manuals.
- Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and management, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in systems engineering for satellites, with a strong understanding of satellite subsystems and mission requirements.
- Proficiency in systems engineering tools and methodologies, including requirements management and system modeling.
- Strong skills in system requirement analysis, link- and power budget analysis, attitude pointing analysis, definition of system architecture, and definition of communication protocols and interfaces.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience in leading and managing teams of engineers, with a focus on achieving project objectives and professional growth is a plus.

- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Ability to guide and lead other electronics and test engineers.
- Familiarity with space industry standards and best practices (e.g., ECSS, MIL-STD) is a plus.
