What do we expect from you?

• University degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or a comparable education
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the field of circuit design, analysis and commissioning, preferably in the aerospace sector
• Very good experience in the field of circuit design, preparation of analyses and troubleshooting
• As a plus: taking into account ECSS or other standards and usage of Altium Designer and Spice tools
• Confident use of measurement instruments (oscilloscope)
• Initiative, enthusiasm and the ability to work in a team and on large projects
• Resilience, confidence and the ability to work independently
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and preferably also in German

What are your responsibilities?

• Development of digital and analogue circuits for mass memory units, on board computers and instrument control units
• Schematic design and optional PCB layout using Altium Designer with up to 18 layers HDI designs
• (EEE) component selection for different models e.g. EM/EQM/℗FM
• Perform simulations for circuit parts using tools such as PSpice, LT Spice or MathCad
• Preparation of analysis documents, e.g. WCA, derating, reliability and power
• Requirement engineering and close co-workmanship with the systems engineering
• Initial operation and commissioning of developed circuits
• Specification and execution of electrical and optional environmental test procedures
