We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with an engineering background to lead satellite projects. You’ll be working on both large and small-scale projects for international customers, requiring a high degree of independence, resilience, and a broad engineering foundation. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage satellite projects from initial concept to in-orbit operations;
• Engage with clients and maintain open communication throughout project lifecycles;
• Plan and manage tasks with the project team to ensure project timelines and budgets are met;
• Collaborate closely with team leads to plan, prioritize, and ensure smooth execution of tasks, meeting technical milestones and project timelines;
• Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and quality standards;
• Oversee launch logistics, deployment, in-orbit commissioning, and daily operations of satellites;
• Inspire and motivate team members to meet deadlines and achieve project milestones.

Qualifications

• Strong motivation to drive satellite projects end-to-end;
• Outgoing and comfortable engaging with customers and colleagues at both technical and management levels;
• Solution-oriented, with the ability to focus on project goals despite minor setbacks;
• Self-driven and able to take ownership of your tasks and responsibilities;
• Skilled in time management and coordinating team efforts to meet deadlines;
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
• Educational background in engineering, coupled with managerial experience or equivalent;
• Team player, resourceful, and able to utilize both personal and company resources effectively.
