We want you, as a talented Senior Cybersecurity Governance Engineer, to help us in our mission by enabling the company to work securely and ensuring an effective IT security strategy.
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Cybersecurity Governance Engineer, your role will be dynamic and evolving.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining cybersecurity policies, standards and procedures to ensure compliance with internal requirements and external regulations (e.g. NIST, ISO27001. GDRP)
- Coordinating and overseeing internal and third-party audits
- Managing security risks and requirements across projects and products
- Providing guidance and support with technical security solutions
- Developing and implementing core security concepts across the organization
- Collaboration with the export control team to maintain secure and compliant data handling
- Developing and delivering security awareness training to promote a culture of cybersecurity accountability
What we would love to see from you
In the role of a Senior Cybersecurity Governance Engineer, ideally, you will have the following:
- Experience in establishing security framework such as NIST CSF throughout the company
- Experience in conducting security risk assessments and managing remediation plans
- Expertise in cybersecurity architectures and design principles, including secure communications, segmentation and system hardening
- Hands-on experience with implementing security controls
- One of the two:
- A bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science or a related field
- Five years of experience in the area of cybersecurity and governance
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory
- Experience with EntraID and cloud management would be a plus
- Experience with IaC tools such as Terraform would be a plus
