The candidate will be actively involved in the full development cycle, from system definition and component selection to testing and validation in both laboratory and field environments.

What you will do:

• Supporting system-level architecture definition;
• Development and integration of UAV subsystems;
• Selection and implementation of key onboard components;
• Design and optimization of system architectures, considering available constraints;
• Participation in prototyping and validation activities;
• Collaboration in laboratory and field testing;
• Interdisciplinary teamwork, supporting coordination between different disciplines.

What we expect from you:

• 2-3 years of experience in UAS/UAV development, system integration, and testing;
• Strong understanding of UAV system design, including avionics, communication systems, and power distribution;
• Experience with hardware integration, prototyping, and validation methodologies;
• Familiarity with embedded platforms, and rapid development tools would be an asset;
• Experience with systems engineering and architecture design would be an asset;
• Knowledge of flight control systems and communication architectures would be an asset;
• Experience in testing and troubleshooting UAV subsystems in lab and field environments would be an asset;
• Understanding of airworthiness, safety standards, and certification processes would be an asset;
• Programming skills (Python, C/C++, MATLAB) for system integration and testing would be an asset.
