YOUR TASKS
- Development of test plans and concepts for component-specific qualification tests based on customer requirements;
- Coordination and selection of external test service providers in close collaboration with the systems engineering team;
- Creation and continuous improvement of test specifications and processes to ensure efficient test procedures;
- Optimization and development of test setups and measurement methods in cooperation with colleagues from various engineering departments;
- Execution and supervision of tests on internal and external test benches, including technical support and coordination;
- Analysis and evaluation of test data as well as preparation of test reports to document results;
- Presentation and communication of test results to various stakeholders;
- Alignment of test activity progress and status with the project team and project management.
YOUR PROFILE
- Passion for space, aerospace, and/or motorsport, and interest in innovative technical challenges;
- Completed technical education (HTL, university of applied sciences, or university) in a relevant technical field;
- At least 2 years of professional experience in aerospace engineering or a comparable technical environment;
- Solid experience in conducting component-level tests (e.g., vibration tests, pressure tests, thermal tests, mechanical testing);
- Hands-on experience with data acquisition and evaluation using measurement amplifiers;
- Basic programming skills for test data analysis (e.g., in Python or similar languages);
- Very good MS Office skills, especially in documentation and report writing;
- Good command of English, both written and spoken (primary working language);
- Willingness to travel to support on-site test campaigns;
- Desirable but not mandatory:
- Experience with test software such as Catman Easy;
- German language skills.

Based on your education, qualifications, and professional experience, we offer you an attractive, market-competitive salary. This ranges between EUR 43.500,00 and EUR 64.000,00 gross per year on a full-time basis.
