About the job

As Sales Manager, Equipment Sales, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and strengthening our market position. Working closely with the Director of Equipment Sales, you’ll oversee daily sales activities, support and guide the Sales team, and ensure effective execution of our sales strategy. You’ll build strong customer relationships, track performance against targets, and provide valuable market insights to shape future strategy.

Your Responsibilities

  • Implement & execute sales strategies/activities set by the Equipment Sales Director.
  • Responsible for the entire sales cycle, from early business development and prospect identification up until deal-closure and account management.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, reporting progress and challenges.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Provide market insights and customer feedback to support strategic planning.
  • Support contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field, with a strong drive for Sales.
  • Proven experience in equipment or capital goods sales, preferable within the Space industry or similar.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and sales skills.
  • Ability to travel globally to visit conferences and customers.
  • Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
