This is what you can do
- Design, develop and integrate avionics systems (ATA 23, 31, 45, 46) on aircraft level;
- System design and requirements for the avionics systems;
- Design, integration and certification of communication systems (VHF, HF, VDL, CPDLC, FANS 1/A, SATCOM incl safety services, Wifi, LTE);
- Design, integration and certification of antenna installations;
- Design, integration and certification of crew audio management, and passenger address systems;
- Support in design, integration and certification of indication system (Electronic Checklists, Crew Alerting System, Synoptics);
- Design, integration and certification in flight data, cockpit voice and data link recording;
- Review and release Part 21 compliance documentation (MoC 0-9);
- Prepare specifications and other type design documents;
- Be the point of contact for external suppliers in technical matters;
- Support qualification, ground and flight test activities;
- Perform technical trade studies;
- Develop technical solutions to in-service problems.
You’ll bring this with you
- Master’s Degree or Diplomingenieur in Aerospace;
- 10 years of experience in aerospace industry;
- Experience of at least one new aircraft development program;
- Familiar with EASA Part 21J und CS-25/FAR 25;
- Very good English language skills, good German skills are nice to have;
- Excellent team spirit, communication and interpersonal skills;
- Capable of structuring and organizing work in efficient and effective manner;
- Strong analytical skills, hands-on mentality;
- Creativity and the ability to act independently.
