ABOUT THE ROLE

We are hiring a GSE Operations Specialist to coordinate the full lifecycle of our Ground Station Emulator (GSE) systems for satellite operators. You will take ownership after contract signature and ensure smooth planning, configuration alignment, and customer support during deployment, as well as coordination of equipment return. This role fits someone who enjoys structured work in a technical environment, communicates clearly, and takes pride in reliable execution and continuous improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operational delivery

• Own GSE activities for assigned projects after contract signature;
• Coordinate planning, production alignment, shipment preparation, and return coordination with internal teams;
• Maintain clear visibility on GSE availability, allocation, and project status.

Configuration and deployment

• Review mission requirements and coordinate configuration with Mission Management, SRE, IT, and Product;
• Support customers during preparation and deployment, including guidance and troubleshooting;
• Support configuration of data interfaces between GSE systems and customer systems.

Cross functional collaboration

• Act as the primary point of contact for GSE topics with Sales, Logistics, Procurement, Production, Mission Management, and technical teams;
• Communicate prioritization decisions clearly and align stakeholders;
• Escalate major allocation conflicts or timeline risks when needed.

Process improvement

• Contribute to improving and standardizing GSE workflows and documentation;
• Track GSE inventory, allocation, and key costs to support decisions;
• Capture lessons learned and apply improvements as deployment volumes grow.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Space Systems, or related field;
• Knowledge of RF systems (S, X, and Ka bands) for TT and C and payload testing;
• Experience in cross functional technical environments;
• Strong coordination, planning, and communication skills;
• Ability to support technical discussions and troubleshoot with customers;
• Comfortable managing multiple activities in a dynamic environment;
• Excellent communication in English.

DESIRABLE

• Experience in satellite operations or ground segment services;
• Knowledge of space to ground communication testing;
• Familiarity with virtualization or RF over IP systems;
• Additional European languages.
