Thales Alenia Space is looking to hire a candidate will work in a highly innovative environment and will participate in international telecom satellite projects as Analog/Digital engineer. This position will report to the site Electronics Manager.

Mission:

  • Electronics design for on-board units;
  • Understanding of technical requirements and definition of technical solutions;
  • Analog/digital electronics simulations;
  • Schematics capture;
  • Support to post layout/placement activities;
  • Preparation of design documentation.

Education:

  • Engineering Master, preferably Electronics with firm background analog/digital electronic design;
  • Knowlodge in analog acquisition design;
  • Knowlodge in digital TC/TM design;
  • Fluent English mandatory, French knowledge will be valued;
  • Knowlodge of Digital electronics design: communication buses, memories, FPGAs…;
  • Knowledge of microprocessors development environment;
  • Knowledge of design tools: OrCAD, Pspice, Simplix/Simetrix, Mentor Graphics, DxDesigner;
  • Knowledge of passive/active motor sensors (Resolvers, sensor position, limit switch, encoders, ….);
  • Valued of Data Processing with FPGAs;
  • Valued MATLAB/Simulink and programming experience;
  • Valued knowledge of space normative (ECSS) and electronics interfaces standard.
