Satellite Assembly Engineer

Our Production team is looking for a Satellite Assembly Engineer to join our growing satellite production team. In this role, you will take part in the assembly, integration, and testing of satellite platforms and subsystems in a cleanroom environment. As a part of this team, we expect to be familiar with the smell of solder fumes and to be obsessed with a screwdriver. As Satellite Assembly Engineer, you will:
- Perform mechanical and electrical assembly of satellite structures, harnesses and subsystems accoding to work intruction and engineering drawings;
- Execute cleanroom procedures and maintain required cleanliness standards;
- Follow ESD protection and safety procedures during handling of sensitive components;
- Prepare and complete assembly documentation, checklists, and traceability records;
- Identify and report non-conformances (NCRs), support troubleshooting and rework activities;
- Collaborate closely with other engineering teams and project managers to meet project schedules and quality objectives.
We expect you to have:
- Bachelor or master degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics or a realated engineering field;
- Have a good soldering skills;
- Have a solid knowlegde of mechanical priciples and technical drawings;
- Have great time management skills;
- Be highly attentive to details;
- Be able to work independently and in a team;
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with IPC-A-610, IPC-A-620 and ESCC standards;
- Compliance with ESD and cleanliness standards.
