Imagine this – you’re part of a team transforming cutting-edge aero-engine designs into reality. We are looking for a technically skilled and hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to join our Aero-Engine Department, supporting the industrialization and assembly of our turbojet engine portfolio.

We are looking for someone with have solid experience in high-speed rotating machinery or engines, with strong understanding of manufacturing methods, materials, and assembly processes. This role involves developing the manufacturing approach, defining tooling and supply chain needs, and ensuring an efficient and reliable assembly process from prototype to production.

What You´ll Do

  • Develop and optimize manufacturing and assembly processes for turbojet engines, ensuring efficiency, repeatability, and quality;
  • Support the definition and implementation of tooling, fixtures, and assembly setups;
  • Contribute to the design and layout of the assembly line and integration of testing processes;
  • Provide technical input on material selection, manufacturing methods, and supplier capabilities for high-speed rotating components;
  • Review and interpret engineering drawings and 3D models, performing minor design or drawing edits when necessary;
  • Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing and assembly activities;
  • Collaborate closely with design, test, and quality teams to ensure robust product realization and manufacturability.

What You´ll Need

  • BSc or MSc in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent);
  • 4–8 years in manufacturing engineering, preferably within aerospace, propulsion, or high-speed rotating machinery;
  • Solid understanding of precision assembly, balancing, and tolerance management;
  • Knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes (machining, casting, heat treatment, additive manufacturing, etc.);
  • Proficiency in CAD (SolidWorks, CATIA, or equivalent) and familiarity with technical drawings and GD&T;
  • Awareness of supply chain development and production documentation (BOMs, routings, work instructions).
