Role overview

  • Support or lead electrical and electronics subsystem design for spacecraft missions, including power electronics, high-speed digital hardware, sensor interface;
  • Work on digital and analog embedded hardware;
  • Support all aspects of the development chain: specification, design, integration, test, operations, and maintenance;
  • Develop test plans that ensure adequate testing of units and the complete system;
  • Support design reviews to ensure requirements and interface compliance;
  • Depending on experience, drive full projects and lead a team of multidisciplinary engineers of flight software/FPGA developers and mechanical/thermal engineers.

Must have

  • MSc in Electrical Engineering, Electro-mechanical Engineering or related field;
  • Several years of work experience in electronics circuit design;
  • Ability to work across the team and company to drive designs to completion;
  • Experience with diagnosis/debug and system level testing methodologies;
  • Good communication;
  • Willing to learn;
  • Good English knowledge.

Nice to have

  • A passion for technology and rapid execution of sophisticated space missions;
  • Experience with programming languages (e.g. Python, C);
  • Proficiency with common industry electronic design and simulation software;
  • Experience leading full projects from requirements to final delivery.
