Role overview
- Support or lead electrical and electronics subsystem design for spacecraft missions, including power electronics, high-speed digital hardware, sensor interface;
- Work on digital and analog embedded hardware;
- Support all aspects of the development chain: specification, design, integration, test, operations, and maintenance;
- Develop test plans that ensure adequate testing of units and the complete system;
- Support design reviews to ensure requirements and interface compliance;
- Depending on experience, drive full projects and lead a team of multidisciplinary engineers of flight software/FPGA developers and mechanical/thermal engineers.
Must have
- MSc in Electrical Engineering, Electro-mechanical Engineering or related field;
- Several years of work experience in electronics circuit design;
- Ability to work across the team and company to drive designs to completion;
- Experience with diagnosis/debug and system level testing methodologies;
- Good communication;
- Willing to learn;
- Good English knowledge.
Nice to have
- A passion for technology and rapid execution of sophisticated space missions;
- Experience with programming languages (e.g. Python, C);
- Proficiency with common industry electronic design and simulation software;
- Experience leading full projects from requirements to final delivery.
