What You'll Do:
- The Senior VP Sales is responsible for managing day-to-day activity and developing new revenue opportunities with existing specified customer accounts and also developing new leads and opportunities with new customers across all business lines.
- To seek new business opportunities and to pass on information to relevant areas of the business as appropriate.
- To maintain an up-to-date understanding of the marketplace and new products, to have an in-depth understanding of service delivery and how new products can integrate to existing customer systems.
- Nurture and develop direct trusted relationships with both new and existing customers in line with company’s long term strategic goals and commercial objectives.
- To develop relationships within the business to ensure seamless service for customers.
- Develop and use an understanding of local markets to position the company’s products in the most effective way to customers.
- To provide the required level of management reporting directly to manager and via CRM. To ensure data held within is accurate and up to date.
- To represent the Company at trade shows, conferences, exhibitions and other industry events.
- Retain existing and develop new revenues for Eutelsat to meet individual FY sales targets (SIP) as defined and agreed with the RVP.
What You'll Need:
- Higher education qualification in business or engineering.
- Technical knowledge of satcoms would be desirable but not essential.
- Ability to speak other European languages could be advantageous.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, with proven experience in developing long term sustainable customer relationships.
- Demonstrable experience in sales operations and closing technical complex sales solutions.
