Your Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets;
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners and distributors;
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities;
- Oversee the sales pipeline, forecasting and performance reporting;
- Negotiate major contracts and agreements with clients;
- Collaborate closely with internal functions to ensure satisfaction and operational excellence, especially in relation to our Missions function.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field;
- Proven track record in complex systems sales and leadership hereof;
- Satellite sales experience is a must-have for this role;
- Strong negotiation, communication, and strategic planning skills;
- Experience managing, building and developing high-performing sales teams;
- Ability to travel globally to visit conferences and customers.
