Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets;
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners and distributors;
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities;
  • Oversee the sales pipeline, forecasting and performance reporting;
  • Negotiate major contracts and agreements with clients;
  • Collaborate closely with internal functions to ensure satisfaction and operational excellence, especially in relation to our Missions function.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field;
  • Proven track record in complex systems sales and leadership hereof;
  • Satellite sales experience is a must-have for this role;
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and strategic planning skills;
  • Experience managing, building and developing high-performing sales teams;
  • Ability to travel globally to visit conferences and customers.
