What You’ll Do:

• Reporting into VP Group Quality, lead and manage critical complex programs;
• Deploy the necessary methodology expertise to successful execution;
• Lead and manage ISO compliance on 27001 (and 9001) for perimeter scope as assigned;
• Establish, lead and manage ISMS – Information Security Management System, across wider organization perimeter scope;
• Consolidate, and present data to our senior leadership and develop a strategy to support Quality, process assurance and continuous improvement;
• Manage and build relationships with key functional stakeholders;
• Lead on the preparation of and execution/ governance scorecards and reporting;
• Support in Executive leadership in implementation of Quality Management System;
• Support in internal and external audits for ISO 27001 (and 9001).

About you:

• Willingness to ‘roll your sleeves up’;
• At least 10 years’ experience in leading successful complex projects and ISO audits;
• Certified Lead Auditor (ISO 27001) - preferred;
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage cross-functional internal stakeholders;
• Strong analytical skills and high proficiency in PMO tools, MS Excel, Confluence, JIRA;
• Strong presentation skills (using power points);
• Ability to analyze large volumes of data and present this in a clear and concise manner;
• Business transformation skills and Quality management (first time right/on time delivery);
• Experience in Space Tech/Satellite Telecom/ IT/Telecommunication infrastructure or operator areas (desired);
• Excellent attention to detail;
• Educational background: Engineering/ Business management/ Economics/ Finance/MBA;
• Professional qualification: PMP/Prince2/Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (desired but not essential).
