What will you do?

• Take technical leadership of ongoing and future End-to-End space missions, working closely with the Project Office (PMO).
• Provide technical direction and leadership to the engineering team.
• Develop and manage the technical baseline for spacecraft.
• Lead the preparation and execution of major design reviews.
• Ensure compliance with spacecraft requirements.
• Develop engineering documents such as specifications, interface control documents, and test plans.
• Assess and approve technical completion and compliance.
• Oversee production and delivery of spacecraft.
• Collaborate across all subsystems and advise teams on innovative solutions.

What are we looking for?

• Aerospace Engineering degree (preferred).
• More than 10 years of experience in the aerospace industry.
• Proven experience as Space Missions Chief Engineer with technical leadership responsibilities.
• Detailed knowledge of spacecraft systems and subsystems.
• Familiarity with space-related analysis and design tools (e.g., CATIA, NASTRAN/PATRAN, ESATAN, FASTRAD).
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
• English level: B2 minimum.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model in Madrid.
