About Sybilla Technologies
Join Us in Letting the World See into Space.
At Sybilla Technologies, we are on a mission to let the world see what happens in space – clearly, reliably, and on time. In a domain where objects travel at 24,000 km/h and a single unseen fragment can destroy a satellite or endanger a crew, visibility is everything. We transform that responsibility into action, building systems, software, and services that safeguard the future of global space operations.
Born from a passion for astronomy, engineering, and exploration, Sybilla has grown from a small, cashconscious, bootstrapped startup into high growth and recognized European leader in Space Traffic Management, Space Surveillance & Tracking, and Space Operations. Ours is a story shaped not by shortcuts, but by relentless curiosity, scientific discipline, and a culture of execution where data, honesty, ownership, and quality define every decision.
We work in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment – remotefirst, asynchronous, and globally distributed – where clarity, accountability, and preparedness matter as much as innovation. Here, performance is measured in results, not hours; by how well we uphold commitments, not how loudly we talk about them. We value people who act decisively, learn fast, adapt even faster, and who find energy – not fear – in tackling the unknown.
Joining Sybilla means becoming part of a team of astrophysicists, engineers, analysts, strategists, and operators who share a deep fascination with space and a drive to build something that truly matters. We design the tools that help agencies, defence organizations, and commercial players navigate an increasingly crowded orbit – contributing to the safety, fairness, and growth of the global space economy.
If you are inspired by missions where failure is not an option, where preparation, precision, and integrity shape every step, and where your work contributes to something larger than yourself – this is your place.
If you thrive in environments where ideas travel fast, ownership is real, and excellence is expected, you will feel at home here.
And if you want to build, lead, and scale solutions that push humanity forward in space – we invite you to join us.
At Sybilla, we don’t just observe space.
We make it navigable. Predictable. Safe.
We let people see – and you can help shape what they see next.
