As Sales Manager for Mission Sales, you will play a key role in expanding Space Inventor’s global footprint by driving the growth of advanced satellite solutions. You will work at the intersection of commercial strategy and cutting-edge space technology, helping customers turn their mission ambitions into reality. Your Responsibilities

Business Development and Account Management:

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new satellite and mission sales opportunities across commercial, governmental, and institutional markets globally.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor for satellite solutions.
  • Represent Space Inventor at expos, conferences, and customer meetings to promote our products and capabilities.

Solution Selling:

  • Understand and assess customer needs, translating them into tailored satellite solutions using Space Inventor’s platforms and services.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and propose mission solutions that meet specific customer requirements.

Proposal Development:

  • Lead the creation of detailed proposals, including technical specifications, pricing, timelines, and contractual terms.
  • Ensure proposals align with Space Inventor’s product portfolio and competitive positioning.

Negotiation and Closing:

  • Drive negotiations with clients to secure deals, ensuring favorable terms while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to finalize contracts and oversee post-sale handovers.

Market Insights and Strategy:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to refine sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project sales, preferably within the space industry
  • Strong leadership, communication, and commercial negotiation skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel internationally for customer visits and industry conferences.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Technical or engineering background is considered an advantage.
  • Strong international exposure, with the ability to operate effectively across cultures.
