We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Project Manager to lead and coordinate multinational defense technology and engineering development programs in collaboration with international industrial partners, government authorities, and public organizations. In this role, you will drive the end-to-end execution of advanced R&D or Build To Print projects across domains such as Tactical Communications, Hybrid Power Systems, Defense Electronics, and integrated mission-critical systems. You will oversee cross-functional engineering teams while ensuring effective coordination between international stakeholders, consortium partners, suppliers, and customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for program planning, technical and operational coordination, schedule and budget monitoring, risk management, and successful project delivery in alignment with strategic, contractual, and customer requirements.

What You ‘ll Be Doing:

  • Oversee project lifecycle from initiation to closing, ensuring adherence to scope, quality standards and project milestones.
  • Coordinate internal and external project resources to ensure effective communication and alignment of goals.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan to track progress.
  • Perform project risk and issue management.
  • Track project expenditures and ensure compliance with applicable financial guidelines.
  • Manage project documentation.
  • Prepare and submit periodic reports (financial, technical and administrative) internally and to the contracting agencies.

Qualifications & Experience:

Required:

  • University Degree in Engineering (Elec/Mech) or equivalent
  • Master’s degree in relevant management or technical area.
  • At least six (6) years of proven experience in a Management role (e.g. Project/Technical Manager/Team leader).
  • Excellent command of English language.
  • Availability to travel abroad.

Desired:

  • PMP/PRINCE II Certification.
  • Knowledge of the International Defense, Security or Aerospace Research and Technology domain.
