About the role
We are looking for an experienced and driven Head of Offering & Key Accounts to lead our bid and proposal function end‑to‑end while partnering closely with Key Accounts to shape winning strategies.
This is a pivotal leadership role where you will own the full bid lifecycle - from opportunity assessment through to submission - ensuring every proposal is not only compliant, but also compelling, strategic, and aligned with our company goals.
You’ll operate at the intersection of commercial strategy, delivery, and stakeholder management, working across technical, financial, sales, and administrative teams, as well as external partners.
In this role, you will:
Own the end‑to‑end bid process;
Analyze and evaluate calls for proposals;
Lead bid/no‑bid decisions aligned with company strategy;
Manage the full bid lifecycle, ensuring smooth progression through governance and approvals;
Drive high‑quality proposals;
Ensure every submission is compliant, compelling, and delivered to the highest quality standards;
Maintain a consistent, clear, and cohesive narrative across all proposal sections;
Translate complex technical and operational inputs into concise, effective content;
Coordinate cross‑functional execution;
Prepare and coordinate inputs from technical, financial, sales, and administrative teams;
Align internal stakeholders and ensure timely contributions;
Coordinate external partners in consortium bids;
Own tools, data, and processes;
Maintain CRM data quality and consistency (QA, data hygiene);
Continuously improve bid processes, templates, and content libraries;
Lead and develop the function;
Build, lead, and develop the bid team (including recruitment and performance management);
Drive bid performance, including win rate, quality, and efficiency;
Partner with Key Accounts;
Collaborate closely with Key Account teams to shape opportunities and winning strategies;
Own and manage the bid pipeline.

What you bring (must‑have experience)
MSc or PhD degree;
Fluent Polish and English with strong communication skills;
Strong project and stakeholder management skills, including working with senior, cross‑functional teams;
Ability to stay calm under pressure while managing multiple priorities and deadlines;
Proactive, delivery‑focused mindset with excellent attention to detail;
Experience navigating governance, approvals, and structured bid processes;
Exceptional written communication skills, including translating complex inputs into clear proposal content.
Nice to have
Experience working in fast‑paced environments;
Familiarity with hardware‑software systems in global or remote setups;
Interest in astronomy or optical observation of the night sky;
Knowledge of the German market.

Anticipated compensation
16,500 – 18,500 PLN gross per month (employment contract) or 128 – 140 PLN/h (B2B);
The final compensation package will reflect your experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.
