Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Product Assurance Manager to join our team and play a critical role in the quality management of in-orbit anomalies for GEO and LEO fleets. In this position, you’ll work closely with Satellite Fleet Engineering, Operations, Engineering and Ground teams, contributing directly to our ongoing projects and initiatives.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the end-to-end PA management of in-orbit satellite anomalies, from detection to root cause analysis and closure;
  • Chair the Anomaly Review Boards and coordinate investigations with engineering, operations, and subsystem experts. Make sure that all relevant experts are participating;
  • Ensure proper anomaly classification, documentation, tracking, and reporting in accordance with internal and manufacturer requirements;
  • Monitor and drive the Anomaly Review Board Process using JIRA, including task tracking, reporting, and KPI follow-up;
  • Monitor corrective and preventive action plans and verify their effective implementation;
  • Interface with customers and all stakeholders regarding anomaly status and resolution plans;
  • Support lessons learned processes and feed anomaly insights into future programs and product improvements;
  • Ensure compliance with applicable space industry standards and quality management systems.

What You’ll Need:

  • Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electronics, or related field;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in space systems, satellite engineering/production, product assurance, or in-orbit operations during the whole satellite lifetime;
  • Understanding of satellite subsystems (AOCS, data handling, power, thermal, propulsion, RF communications, etc.);
  • Experience in anomaly investigation and root cause analysis methodologies (FMEA, Fault Tree Analysis, etc.);
  • Knowledge of space industry standards (ECSS, NASA, or equivalent quality frameworks);
  • Experience working in cross-functional and international environments;
  • Analytical, reporting, and documentation skills;
  • Strong leadership and facilitation skills for Anomaly Review Boards;
  • Excellent knowledge of English (B2 or higher).
