What will you do?
- Specify, design, implement, and validate AOCS and FDIR algorithms for Earth-observation, interplanetary, and ADR/IOS satellites;
- Develop GNC and FDIR algorithms for satellites, launchers, and re-entry vehicles;
- Support procurement and specification of sensors and actuators for GNC and AOCS;
- Perform model-based design implementation of GNC/AOCS algorithms;
- Design and test simulators and dynamic system simulations;
- Conduct mathematical modeling and trade-off analysis of hardware solutions;
- Interface with the overall system team and contribute to technical documentation;
- Participate in technical and team management activities.
What are we looking for?
- Engineering degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, Electronic, or related fields (Physics, Mathematics);
- Minimum 3 years of experience in practical application of GNC/AOCS and FDIR domains (MSc/PhD studies considered);
- Strong background in control and simulation of dynamic systems;
- Practical experience in aeronautical/aerospace GNC/AOCS and FDIR solutions (ESA/European programs experience is a plus);
- Good programming skills and experience with Matlab and Simulink;
- Good level of English, spoken and written;
- Availability to work in a hybrid model in Madrid.
