Role overview

• Support development, implementation, and monitoring of the company’s product assurance strategy
• Support project requirements definition
• Implement and monitor company’s product assurance strategy in projects
• Track and manage all anomalies, NCRs, RFDs and RFWs during product development and manufacturing cycle
• Support the collection of lessons learned after major mission phases and ensure their implementation
• Organize and participate in development reviews and monitor product compliance with the customer requirements
• Perform PA support to all activities during product’s AIT
• Keep up-to-date the project PA documentation and support the process improvement across the company
• Being PA point of contact for the customers
• Verify that "Off the Shelf" products are compliant with their specifications

Must have

• MSc or PhD degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field or equivalent by experience in product assurance discipline
• 3+ years of experience as Product Assurance or Quality Assurance engineer
• Good interpersonal, organization and communication skills, with the ability to work in a diverse team environment
• Very good organization skills and ability to prioritize and manage several activities in parallel
• Thoroughness
• Ability to develop good knowledge in the different product assurance disciplines as required
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Good English knowledge

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ECSS/ISO 9001 standards
• Experience in aerospace processes management
• Experience in documentation management process
• Experience in reading and interpreting technical schematics
