Develop and optimize a high-fidelity simulation environment in Simulink/MATLAB, ensuring accurate vehicle dynamics modeling and seamless integration with the simulation model of Veronte for UAV and eVTOL applications.
Which will be your responsibilities?
Develop a comprehensive simulation environment in Simulink/MATLAB for UAV and eVTOL platforms;
Design and implement vehicle dynamics models, including aerodynamics, propulsion, and actuator dynamics;
Integrate and interface vehicle dynamics algorithms with the S-function of Veronte;
Validate and fine-tune the simulation environment through testing and real-world data correlation;
Collaborate with control system engineers to ensure robust and accurate simulation outputs;
Optimize simulation performance and fidelity for real-time applications;
Document models, methodologies, and validation processes for traceability and future improvements;
Stay up to date with aerospace simulation technologies and best practices.
What do we need?
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering or a related field;
Experience in Simulink/MATLAB for dynamic modeling and simulation;
Proficiency in vehicle dynamics, flight mechanics, and control systems;
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary engineering environment;
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
