Your primary focus will be ensuring our electronics designs are verified, production-ready and successfully transferred into manufacturing, while also contributing to hardware development, schematic design and PCB bring-up. Your Responsibilities

  • Manufacturing Readiness: Take technical ownership of ensuring electronics designs are ready for production, from prototype through manufacturing release;
  • Verification First: Define and execute verification activities that ensure our electronics meet demanding quality and reliability requirements;
  • Production Interface: Act as the primary technical link between the R&D team and our in-house production, ensuring a smooth transition from development to manufacturing;
  • Test Development: Develop functional test procedures, checkout routines and production test documentation for electronics modules;
  • Hardware Bring-up: Lead the bring-up, debugging and verification of new PCB assemblies;
  • Hardware Design: Contribute to schematic design, component selection and PCB layout reviews;
  • Qualification Support: Support environmental and electrical qualification activities and resolve hardware-related issues;
  • Continuous Improvement: Improve design-for-manufacturing (DfM), design-for-test (DfT) and production processes to increase quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Electronics Engineer: Extensive experience developing complex electronic hardware from concept to production;
  • Verification Expert: Proven experience planning and executing hardware verification and validation activities;
  • Manufacturing Mindset: Strong understanding of design-for-manufacturing, production processes and technical documentation;
  • PCB Specialist: Experience with schematic capture, PCB layout reviews and board bring-up;
  • Power Electronics Knowledge: Experience with microcontrollers, DC/DC converters and battery-powered systems;
  • Laboratory Expertise: Comfortable debugging complex electronic systems using modern laboratory equipment;
  • Analytical Mindset: Structured and methodical when solving challenging hardware and system-level issues;
  • Engineering Discipline: Familiar with configuration management, documentation and engineering best practices;
  • Industry Experience: Experience from aerospace, automotive, medical or other high-reliability industries is considered an advantage.
