How you will make an impact:

• Design multi-agent coordination algorithms for collaborative UAV behavior;
• Develop decision-making and task allocation systems;
• Implement collision avoidance and mission planning logic;
• Build behavior trees/state machines/planners for autonomous missions;
• Integrate perception and sensor fusion outputs into actions;
• Develop simulation environments for large-scale autonomous testing;
• Improve automation workflows to reduce operator workload;
• Collaborate closely with AI, perception, and hardware teams.

What you need to be successful:

• Strong software engineering skills (C++ required, Python highly useful);
• Experience with robotics middleware (ROS/ROS2 or similar);
• Background in robotics, computer science, or AI-driven systems;
• Knowledge of planning and decision-making algorithms;
• Experience with autonomous robots or UAV systems;
• Comfortable performing hands-on testing and debugging in field environments, including challenging weather conditions and time-critical operational scenarios;
• Ability to design scalable, maintainable software architectures.
