An excellent opportunity has just arisen for an experienced Secretary/Admin Assistant looking to expand and progress their career in a large recognised, international organisation!
Europe’s Meteorological Satellite Agency requires administrative and secretarial support within their Strategy and International Relations Division.
The key candidate shall be responsible for: the organisation of international meetings; assisting with activities such as conferences and exhibitions; interacting with the Director General and other departments/divisions as necessary; coordination of travel arrangements for international meetings as well as a variety of other secretarial tasks.
The successful candidate shall have skills and experience in each of the following areas:
Proven secretarial/administrative experience in a multi-lingual and international environment.
Excellent typing skills along with a good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Experience in the organisation of conferences and events involving international participants in Europe and abroad, along with experience in the organisation of complex travel arrangements.
Good organisation, interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in using an ERP system (preferably SAP) would along with knowledge of MS Access, or other databases would be considered advantageous.
