    1 "Review, amendment and maintenance of the document tree for ISS Increment Management and Operations documents, both internal to ESA ISS Program and external governing our interface to NASA / ISS Program. This includes NASA Change Requests to SSP documents, IDRD, IRD, and CCN updates and other high level ISS, HSO, and IOT documentation relevant to HSO-ICF tasks" 
     
    2 "Coordination and preparation of the ESA certification of Flight Readiness for ISS Program Stage Operations Readiness Reviews (SORRs)" 
     
    3 "Coordination and documentation of the Mission Management Team process including coordination of inputs, formalisation of actions, and including the “Ops Tagup” related processes" 
     
    4 "Coordination and documentation of the interface of the Office with ESA Communication Department, including operational interface during high-intensity Public Relations periods, like when an ESA astronaut is on-board the ISS" 
     
    5 "Coordination and documentation of the Lessons-Learned process, proposal for LL items to be discussed at management level, and in general maintenance of the steady-state improvement process" 
     
    6 "Coordination and participation in the quarterly Operations Control Board in terms of meeting  management, agenda management; action item follow up in coordination with the Board chair"
