    Tasks and Activities

    As a Software Architect (M/F) for satellite image ground segments, you will be in charge of the activities of systems definition, design and development. These systems integrate image algorithmic chains that are based on image processing tools and libraries.

    You will join the Payload Data Ground Segment team to define the architecture of new image Processing Centres and also Control Centres for the radiometric and geometric image quality.

    You will participate to the preparation of the systems associated offers and particularly lead the technical proposals.


    Skills and Experience

    You are a graduate engineer (or equivalent university degree – Master’s degree) and you have a 10 years experience in relation with the development or the exploitation of image ground segments.

    You are familiar with satellite image chains management and with all the operational common issues of a ground segment.

    You have a good knowledge of Makefile, Python, script shell but also algorithmic, signal and image processing.

    The mastering of object oriented languages would be a distinct advantage.
