    Le Centre National d'Etudes Spatiales propose aux pouvoirs publics la politique spatiale de la France et la met en œuvre dans 5 grands domaines stratégiques : Ariane, les Sciences, l'Observation, les Télécommunications et la Défense. Plus que jamais la conquête spatiale est au cœur de la vie quotidienne des citoyens avec des retombées économiques et sociétales clés. Les 2 450 collaborateurs du CNES se répartissent au sein de 4 centres d'excellence basés à Toulouse, à Paris et en Guyane.

    Au sein de la Direction des services comptables, le service « Comptabilité Centrale » assure la comptabilité du centre de Toulouse et la fonction comptable centrale (trésorerie, suivi programme d'investissements d'avenir, TVA, paie et missions, compte financier, révision des comptes, coordination de l'activité comptable sur l'ensemble des centres, participation au contrôle interne comptable et financier).

    Nous recherchons un Cadre comptable H/F.

    Vous aurez en charge la responsabilité de la comptabilité client du CNES. Représentant un chiffre d'affaires d'environ 300 millions d'euros, la maîtrise de ce cycle est un vrai enjeu pour les services comptables. Cette activité recouvre :
    • Les opérations courantes (analyse des contrats de recettes, émission et comptabilisation des factures, suivi du recouvrement des créances clients).
    • La justification des dépenses dans le cadre de contrats avec les ministères ou la Commission Européenne (Programme Cadre de Recherche et Développement / Horizon 2020).
    • Les travaux de fin d'exercice (suivi des contrats long terme, suivi de trésorerie pour les contrats significatifs, constitution des états du compte financier).
    Vous serez partie prenante de la mise en œuvre des campagnes annuelles de contrôle interne.

    Vous serez également amené(e) à faire preuve de polyvalence au niveau du service, à effectuer des travaux ou missions spécifiques, à participer à l'arrêté des comptes et à la constitution des états financiers, à l'audit légal des comptes.
    Ce poste est en lien avec les gestionnaires opérationnels, les négociateurs, les chefs de projets ainsi que les Commissaires aux Comptes.

    Titulaire d'une formation supérieure dans le domaine comptable ou financier, diplômé(e) d'une école de gestion ou de commerce et/ou titulaire du DSCG, vous justifiez d'une expérience minimum de 2 ans dans un poste similaire.

    Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour vos qualités relationnelles et votre écoute. Organisé(e), votre rigueur et votre esprit d'équipe sont des atouts majeurs pour la prise en main de ce poste.

    La connaissance de SAP et la maîtrise de l'anglais seraient appréciées.
