    Specific Tasks

    CM support for MPCV ESM

    1 - Verify the implementation, by the Prime contractor and sub-co, of the configuration control methods and procedures agreed at PDR and CDR (documented in the Industries CM Plans) by performing regular CM Meetings at Prime level mainly ; review of : - CIDLs and As-Design evolution - ABCDLs and As-Built status ; Reconciliation processes between As-Design and As-built - CPs implementation in the Design baseline - Implementation of ATV lesson learnt

    2 - Participation in Project Reviews : - MRRs/IRRs/TRRs/PTRs/DRBs To verify mainly the status of the As-Design / As-Built , RFWs/RFDs , DPs 
    3 – Participation to the ESA ECBs and role of Secretary as well of such Board : - Preparation and maintenance of the tracking list for the ECB ; tracking of CRs / CPs/ RFWs/ RFDs/ NCRs,etc… - Preparation of the Agenda, Min and relevant documentation as outcome of the ECB - Assessment of the impact on CM status on the items under treatments (eg verify applicability, impact on CIDLs and ABCDLs, Requirement Baseline, etc..)

    4 – Participation to the J-ECBs (with Industries) and role of Secretary as well of such Board

    5 – Secretary of the ESA CCBs : - Preparation and maintenance of the tracking list for the CCB items - Preparation of the Agenda, Min and relevant documentation as outcome of the CCB

    6 – Maintenance of the ESM Requirement Baseline (E-MDL) and interface with NASA and Industry for the CR processing

    7 – Participation and Secretary role of the ESM Project Boards with NASA (eg. SMCB, etc..)

    8 – Support the Directorate documentation office in organising the ESM database (Eclipse) and the organisation of the main ESA Project reviews with use of the RID system

    9 – Support the organisation / management and usage of the ESM Portal (joint Database with Industries and NASA)
