    Harness Design Engineer (f/m) Ref. 2017_412
    Erstellung und Dokumentation von Harness Designs und Trade-offs zur Rechtfertigung des Designs als die optimale Lösung bzgl. Zeitplan, Kosten, Risiken und technischen Anforderungen
    Abstimmung des Harness Designs mit anderen Disziplinen e.g. Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering & AIT
    Einpflegen von Stecker und Kabeltypen sowie Verbindungsdaten in die Harness-Datenbank (e.g. Aucotec „Engineering Base“)
    Planung und Durchführung der typischen Harness Design-Analysen (Voltage Drop, Worst Case, Derating)
    Erstellung von Harness Fertigungsunterlagen und Integrationsprozeduren
    Steuerung und Verwaltung der Materialbeschaffung
    Definition und Beschaffung von Fertigungs-, Montage- und Transporthilfen für den Harness
    Betreuung von Nicht-Konformitäten des Designs und Korrekturmaßnahmen
    Definition, Pflege und Verbesserung von notwendigen Prozessen und Planung von Investitionen für Harness-Engineering und Designaktivitäten
    Optimierung der Produktivität und Umsetzung von Grundsätzen des kostenbewussten Handelns
    Weiterentwicklung von strategischen Kompetenzen/Technologien
    Unterstützung von Angeboten der OHB System AG hinsichtlich Harness-Aktivitäten durch Bereitstellung von technischen Beschreibungen, Identifikation von Harness-Aktivitäten sowie Kosten und Zeitschätzung
    Teilnahme an fachlich relevanten Reviews

    Abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Raumfahrttechnik, Elektrotechnik oder verwandte Bereiche
    Beherrschung der Raumfahrt spezifischen Prozesse und Kenntnis der einschlägigen Qualitätsstandards nach ECSS oder MIL soweit für Harness Engineering / Design anwendbar
    Erfahrungen im Einsatz von Harness-Datenbanken e.g. des Aucotec Harness Werzeuges „Engineering Base“
    Sicherer Umgang mit MS Project zur Ressourcenplanung und Fortschrittsverfolgung
    Mehr als 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung auf den Gebiet des Harness Engineerings im Raumfahrtbereich
    Stark ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Teamfähigkeit
    Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
