    Job Description

    Role Purpose:   The role will be to ensure a professional service to the client, supporting the Regional Sales and Key Account Managers, specifically in proposal creation.  

    Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

    The main role of Customer Experience is to handle sales leads, feasibility studies and to respond proactively to enquires in the region. 

    Responsible for a segment of customers to proactively manage leads through the opportunity management process, growing business with customers and resellers.  

    The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth running of the commercial offers and will collaborate with operations to deliver an excellent service to clients.

    Skills and Experience: 

    Minimum qualification required: Professional training of Higher Degree in Environment, Geography, Remote Sensing or related Earth Observation training

    Previous experience, at least 3 years in various customer service roles will be assessed

    Customer Service/ Management/ Remote Sensing/ Quality/ Geography

    Experience or knowledge will be assessed in the field of remote sensing, geographic information systems and / or space

    Experience with European Space programs an advantage.

    Valuable knowledge of satellite imagery or geographic information management programs

    High English level, used daily at work (at least level B2++)


    Minimum qualification required: Professional training of Higher Degree in Environment, Geography.

    Previous experience, at least 3 years in various customer service roles will be assessed
    Valuable knowledge of satellite imagery or geographic information management programs

    Resolution capacity and control of situations critical to incidents

    Very detail oriented: Disciplined person following the marked protocols

    High degree of maturity, responsibility and dynamism

    Experience reporting daily reports

    Ability to prioritize tasks and to multi-task management

    Focused in quality and in improvement

    High English level, used daily at work (C1)

    Other Details:

    Work place: Tres Cantos, Madrid.

    Hours: Monday to Thursday 9:00 am-18:30 pm. Friday 9:00 am -15:00 pm
