To strengthen and further develop our activities in Germany, CS GmbH is actively looking for an Experienced Business Developer (M/W).
Working in relation with CS Germany teams, the ideal candidate will be in charge of developing space related activities, identifying new business opportunities in line with CS group space strategic targets and participating to the preparation of successful bids.
Under the supervision of CS GmbH CEO the post-holder undertakes the following:
Identify new business opportunities in line with market targets and building relationships with prospective customers.
Develop network with new potential partners.
Initiate contact with German public entities and delegations.
Prepare and deliver winning proposal in collaboration with CS bidding teams.
Define business plans and strategic actions in collaboration with CS management team.
Cross-fertilize sales skills among the teams;
Elaborate strategic offerings in close relation with CS technical teams.
Promote CS excellence.
The ideal candidate shall gather the following mandatory skills and experiences:
A university degree in engineering, business or related discipline;
At least five years’ experience in business development in the space industry;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability to work independently and pro-actively in a defined frame;
Strong sales capabilities;
Very good negotiation skills;
Fluency in English and German is mandatory.
